If you want to get internet at home but are undecided or just want to compare your speed with other users and providers in the same region in Greece, you’ve come to the right place. The “Internet speed by area – Internet speed by region” tool was created to meet your needs.

Cosmote speed by region – Total measurements 3.505
Nova speed by region – Total measurements 5.036
Vodafone speed by region – Total measurements 2.195
Inalan speed by region – Total measurements 2.195
The Internet Speed Statistics are the total result of all Internet speed measurements per region, per provider (Cosmote, Nova, Vodafone, Inalan etc.) and per Internet package.
Thus, everyone can know what the result was for users of a specific company, with a specific internet package (e.g. 24 Mbps, 100 Mbps), and in a specific region of Greece.
With this service, users can see and compare exactly what they want, in the area they want.
Origin and display of data
The service works and is based on data provided manually by the users themselves in the YPERION Euroband service quality assessment system developed by EETT (National Telecommunications and Postal Commission) in cooperation with M-Lab.
When the speed measurement is finished, the user is asked to indicate the nominal speed of his packet (for example if the packet he pays for internet is 24, 50, 100mbps etc.).
He is then asked to provide the region and postcode of his area.
The results are saved and made available in CSV format. We, after collecting the data and without interfering with it, through our own algorithms present the average of all users by region, company and package.
In case we are considering changing provider, besides speed, we have to take into account other factors such as line stability, technical support efficiency, etc.
We believe that our local technician is the best person to guide us as he is one of the first people users turn to when they have problems with their connection.
